Our Story
After spending over a decade each managing separate Second Cup franchises, we—two sisters with a shared passion for coffee and espresso—decided it was time to embark on our own adventure. Together, we brought our vision to life, fueled by a deep love for great coffee and the joy it brings to people’s lives.

Turning this dream into reality took over two years of thoughtful business planning, but every moment was worth it. Today, Crum Coffee Bar is more than just a cafe; it’s a place where we can connect with our community, make people smile through exceptional coffee, and support other local businesses.

Many people ask about the name Crum. It’s actually a childhood nickname for Christine, lovingly given by our family and friends—and now it’s part of a dream we’re proud to share with all of you. 💖

At Crum Coffee Bar, we’ve embraced the authentic charm of Italian cafes, where coffee is savored quickly, standing at a bar or perched on a stool, encouraging lively conversation and a vibrant, bustling atmosphere. Our passion for Italian coffee culture extends to the beans we use. For our espresso-based drinks, we proudly serve Cherry Hill’s Espresso Sicilia, a dark, rich roast inspired by the bold flavors of traditional Italian espresso. For those who enjoy a lighter, smoother touch—like in our flavored lattes—we use Espresso Roma, a medium roast that balances sweetness and complexity.

By staying true to these traditions and carefully selecting our espresso blends, we’ve created a space that’s all about the coffee, the people, and the experience—less about lingering over long meals and more about enjoying the energy of the moment.
