Mango Pico de Gallo Recipe
This is my all time favourite pico de gallo recipe. I am a HUGE snacker and this is my go-to because it's healthy to soooo delicious. Very easy ingredients, you just need some patience when dicing and mincing especially if you're going for a finer pico. Otherwise it's VERY easy.
Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 2 mangos, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro, finely minced
- Cholula Hot Sauce, to taste (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Dice, mince and add all ingredients into one large bowl. Mix and enjoy!!
