Ingredients
- 400g large Argentinian shrimp, peeled
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 200ml tomato sauce
- 500ml heavy cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 300g linguine pasta
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: Parmesan cheese, fresh basil
Seasonings
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red paprika powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Shrimp Marinade
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp red paprika powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. Coat well.

Cook the Shrimp: Heat a bit of olive oil in a skillet. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes on each side until pink. Set aside.

Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until golden. Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Pasta: While the sauce simmers, cook linguine as per package instructions. Drain, reserving half a cup of pasta water.

Combine: Add cooked shrimp and drained pasta to the sauce. Toss well, adding reserved pasta water if needed.

Serve: Garnish with parsley and optional toppings. Enjoy!
