Baked Brie with Honey-Balsamic Strawberries

Ingredients:
- 45 ml (3 tbsp) balsamic vinegar
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) honey
- 200 g (1 ½ cups) quartered strawberries
- Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste
- 225 g (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
- 6 torn basil leaves
- Walnut (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Place the brie on a baking sheet or in a small cast iron skillet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until softened. Let it cool for 5 minutes. (top with optional walnuts)
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the balsamic vinegar and honey. Cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly. Add the strawberries and cook for another 3 minutes until they are softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the warm brie topped with the strawberry mixture and fresh basil. Pair with crackers or a baguette.
